Shipping

Actual shipping charges will be added to the grand total of your order. All orders are usually shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. If you need a package by a certain date please call so we can arrange the best shipping method for you. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Please contact us with the shipping preference for international orders.

Return Policy

Twin Pines Enterprises strives to ensure that all merchandise shipped is in good condition. However, if you have received a product with manufacturing defects it must be reported to us within 15 business days of delivery. If we do not receive notification within this time we will not be able to exchange your merchandise.

Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the UPS driver and/or contact UPS directly at 1-800-Pick-UPS to initiate a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact our office within 24 hours of delivery.

Please retain all damaged items and packaging until claim is settled.
